Chapman University – Musco Center for the Arts

Client: Chapman University
Location: Orange, CA

Project Video
A 1,050-seat world-class performing arts center and educational facility, the Musco Center spans 88,000 SF and stands as a model of Lean Construction, 3D laser scanning, and BIM integration. The project was completed on schedule and received praise for quality and delivery.

CitizenM – Seattle South Lake Union

Client: CitizenM
Location: Seattle, WA

Project Type: Hospitality
The first West Coast deployment of Polcom’s modular hotel system—featuring 228 prefabricated units, 264 rooms, and 82,000 SF—delivered in Seattle’s South Lake Union tech hub.

Airbnb / Samara – ADU Pilot Program

A $238MM facilities improvement program delivered across multiple school sites, balancing modernization efforts with ongoing campus operations and schedule integrity.

Investor-focused development featuring 180 suite-style micro-units in Hollywood. Responsibilities included construction oversight, schedule tracking, and resolving legacy coordination challenges.

A bakery café buildout within the Ocean Institute at Dana Point Harbor, featuring a full production kitchen, pastry kitchen, multiple walk-in coolers, and an exterior patio for outdoor dining.
